CLOTHES & NECKLACE PROVIDED BY: POPCOUTURE
Photoshoot done! I actually shot film and they will be my final images but as always, I document my shoots digitally for easy reference in my work books. I quite like these though and they will no doubt be put on my website when I eventually get round to making one. The clothes and necklace were kindly sent to me for the shoot by POPCOUTURE which are amazing. Huge thanks to Bryony!
The whole shoot was a little rushed. I didn't use my original model as plans changed so all of the makeup and hair ideas I originally had all went out the window. Thank you to Jemma for assisting me with lighting, styling and digitally documenting (I may post these in a separate post?). And thank you to Megan for last minute modelling for me. Such a diamond!
I had to re-think locations too. I originally was going to use my local forest but ended up using the local field and a few in my garden. Not sure if I really like the garden ones at all but I quite like the field ones. I shot four rolls of film all in all so if my calculations are right that's 96 shots. The final prints will look much better in film because of the overall quality and grain. Don't get me wrong, digital photography is great, but not something that interests me as much. I will scan in all my negatives once they are developed and blog them. Then you can actually see what I was aiming for as I hardly shot a lot of digital ones.. these are all that I really took!
If anybody is interested in buying the boots, get in touch. They were bought purely for this shoot which lasted 3/4 hours and will not be used again. They're a size 6/39. The heel is around 6 inches but with the platform, the heel's around 3.5 inches high. I paid just under £40 for them so I'm selling them for £20 including postage!
What do you think? Have you got a favourite one?
