I feel like I haven't been shopping properly in ages! Mainly due to the lack of funds but I also haven't felt motivated. I have had countless window shopping trips but never really found anything worth buying.
Yesterday I went to Oxford Street with my younger Sister (Louise). My Parent's have just finished decorating and so the carpets were being laid yesterday, meaning all furniture was temporarily stored in every room on the top floor, so me and Louise decided to go out!
I also ventured back into Oxford Street today with my Boyfriend (Todd). I hardly bought anything yesterday (apart from my Boyfriend's birthday presents, shhhhh!) mainly due to my Sister complaining she was tired, bored, hungry and "hated shopping"!!!!!
Here's everything I bought yesterday & today!
Barry M Nail Paints
1) Peach Melba #318
2) Tangerine #136
2 for £4.99 or £2.99 each
I have been after Peach Melba for ages but it's always sold out! Finally got my hands on one!
I've never seen the Tangerine shade before. It was the last one left so I snapped it up. It's a pretty block orange shimmery shade. Is it new?
As I was walking out of H&M, I saw these cotton dresses in the very messy sale section for just £3 each! I can't remember who's blog featured these but I remember really liking them. Unfortunately, they didn't have the navy colour, however I got them in white & beige. I think they will look lovely with a skinny waist belt and some strappy sandals.
Black shirt - £10
White shirt - £10
I'm in love with them both! I love the crotchet detail on the black one. I feel like a walking Victorian child! I think I may buy some black lipstick to go with it as I feel that's the way to wear it but I'll mostly be wearing a blood vampy red lip or a deep purple.
I love the buttons on the white shirt! The sleeves are really wide; almost batwing like!
Here's a rough idea of an outfit. I've been looking for the perfect shirt to go with my brown leather shorts from Topshop (£70). I've scouted charity shops but haven't found anything worthy! I really like this look:
Dog tooth necklace £2
I fell in love with this! £1.50
Excuse the hairy arms haha.
So, I originally went looking for the 'heaven and earth' palette, new to the MUA makeup professional line, however all of the Superdrugs I have been to have been sold out! BOOOO!
I picked up this blush (shade 3, English Rose) as it looks pretty & a few people on YouTube have spoken about it. I tried to do a swatch but the colours are to sheer to show up on camera. I will let you know if I like it!
Have you tried this blush or any of the other MUA professional products?
I would love to hear from some of you!
I also have some exciting news which I will share with you all on Monday in a video :)))))))))
Lots of love,
