4 PHIL SMITH HAIR PRODUCTS YOU NEED TO TRY

The truth is, I always end up going back to my favourite shampoo and conditioners, because I find it hard to find new ones which beat my old faithfuls. However, these hair products by Phil Smith are exclusive to Sainsbury's and will definitely be purchased by me in the future.

I've spoken about my hair an awful lot over the years and I'm sure you're all sick and tired of me always stating that my hair is dry and has to be straightened most days to get rid of frizziness. Newsflash. When you hair is silver, it's going to be as dry as a bone. However, these four products have proved themselves to me over the past month or so.

The Super Smooth shampoo is one of my new favourite shampoos to use. It contains Keratin proteins which help to fight against frizz and adds shine into your hair. I always get recommended by hairdressers to use Keratin based products on my hair and now I know why! Put it this way, I haven't found myself reaching for my straighteners after using all 4 of these products.

Shea Butter is another key ingredient in hair products that I look out for. The Hello Moisture range by Phil Smith contains Sheet Butter extracts; adding moisture and smoothness into the hair. I tend to reach for the Intensive Conditioner far more often than the normal conditioner and the results are amazing. Hello moisturised and hydrated hair.

I have tried a lot of serums and most of them never seem to work for me. However, this one is an utter game changer. Instead of weighing my hair down, making it feel like it's built up with lots of product and making it feel greasy; it smooths my hair and adds shine.

I have applied this most days for the past month and have tried it on both wet and dry hair. The results are the same no matter what and I honestly don't know how I survived straightening my hair beforehand without using a serum.

This range of products by Phil Smith are definitely worth trying out. They actually do what they claim to do and they're purse friendly too. I don't think you could get any better!

  6. Mid length hair styles are versatile, and this makes for a great cut for people who get bored easily with their hair. Wearing the mid length hair up for a cropped look or more loose and volumized for a fuller look.
