I absolutely love it when I am introduced to a new product that I've never heard of and then end up LOVING it.
These bam drinks are an all-natural, free from refined sugars and sweetened with honey. Now, I was a little apprehensive as I'm not a fan of the taste of honey. However, these drinks literally taste like a normal and ordinary chocolate or banana milkshake. It's great to know that I can enjoy a nice milkshake without having to worry about the sugar intake and nasty additives that are in the ingredients.
They are the perfect post-gym treat to keep you going before lunch or dinner. One single drink (330ml) is packed with 11g of protein, so they are great if you need a protein boost. They also have a handy screw cap, so you can carry them everywhere with you.
Bam milk drinks are gluten-free, made with British whole milk and use ethically sourced cocoa and bananas. A single drink retails for £1.60 in Sainsbury's. I definitely would rather pay that little bit more for a drink that is doing my insides a whole load of good!

ReplyDeleteI'd never heard of these before but love how simple their ingredients list is! It's always nice to find a product that really is what it says it is... rather than including a long novel's worth of seemingly random words.
