CHALLENGE YOURSELF TO DRY JANUARY WITH BELVOIR DRINKS

02/01/2017

As my birthday is on the third day of the first month, I am usually never tempted to take part in Dry January; however I have the perfect drink for you if this is something you are challenging yourself to do this month.

I am probably one of the only nearly-24 year olds that rarely drinks alcohol with dinner. Alcohol for me is an evening luxury whilst watching a film or a cheeky treat whilst on the aim of not remembering my name by the end of the night.

So, when I was introduced to Belvoir's new drink range that guarantees wine without the hangover, I was very intrigued to try them during the festive season.

The range has three different wines; red, white and rose. Made from fresh grapes that are bursting with delicious Shiraz and Chardonnay notes, we decided to crack open a bottle on Christmas Day of the red Shiraz which was very rich and fruity; not something I am used to as I usually only drink rose wine.

It was the perfect non-alcoholic accompaniment for our family Christmas dinner recently. No sore head for me the next day, that's for sure! They make great alternative drinks if you're taking part in Dry January this year. You can definitely have a guilt free glass of wine with no other than Belvoir!

  1. This post couldn't be more perfect for me!! I stopped drinking about 8 months a go as I was putting on loads of weight and as I got older hangovers were horrendous but I always loved red wine - I am definitely going to buy this!! Thank you for posting.

This is great. I dont actually drink because i don't like the taste and affect of alcohol. This looks like a good way to ease my way in!

  4. I rarely drink anyway so never really have to think about dry January. I love that there seem to be a great non-alcoholic alternative for people who are trying to partake though :) x
