Reached 1000 milestone! ♥ Yummy lunch ♥ Salad ingredients ♥ Ashleigh's salad ♥ Andrew cooked ♥ (Belated) Birthday treat/date night Zizzi's starter, main's & dessert ♥ Went to the theatre!
♥ Will.i.am lookalike on the train
001: I'm starting to eat healthier from now on and now I know exactly why. Look how much food has been in my life this week!!!!!!!  I made a yummy salad this week with lettuce, leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, chickpeas and cashew nuts. I don't necessarily want to lose weight, but I feel like I've put on those extra pounds over the festive period, plus my birthday, so I need a detox. How am I going to leave without cheese? I really don't know!

002: Reached over 1000 followers this week which has been the highlight of my "blogging life" so far! My traffic and views are going sky high recently. Thank you all so much! Don't forget to enter my giveaway. There's 14 winners :)

003: Andrew took me out on Thursday for a mystery surprise/treat. I've known that there was a "surprise" since my birthday, but I never knew what it was.. hence the surprise! The only things I was told before hand was that dinner was at 5 and the main thing was at 7:30. Well, he booked a table at Zizzi's in Victoria which was sooo lovely. I've never been Zizzi's before which is weird because Italian food is my favourite!

(starters: rissoto fried into breadcrumb balls // brushetta with grilled peppers and feta cheese
mains: chicken and mozerella pasta (andrew) // spinach and feta cheese stuffed ravoli (me)
desserts: italian donuts & ice-cream - pistachio, chocolate and custard flavoured)

I was then whisked off to the theatre to see Wicked which was totally over-whelming. I've never come across a guy in my life who likes the theatre and it's basically like a dream come true. Although, he HAS told me he doesn't like art galleries, so I'm on a mission to change that! Wicked is absolutely amazing and it's made me understand the story behind the good and bad witches in The Wizard of Oz a lot more. I feel so sorry for Elphaba!

I hope you're all having a fab weekend! Next week is "reading week" at Uni so I have the week off, yipppeeee! I'm hoping to visit some galleries/exhibitions in London over the week. If you know of any good ones, please let me know below!

XO love, Ashleigh x
